We guarantee the products that we sell within the scope of the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the warranty card. Even if the product does not have a manufacturer's warranty, it will be covered by our warranty.

3. Exchange rules


If the product is damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service representative: and we will replace it with a new product of the same product as an initial defective product or refund you. Merchandise can only be returned if it is in its original condition. Also, please do not return the product without contacting us in advance.

Items eligible for exchange:

1. Products that have been contaminated or damaged during delivery

Items not eligible for exchange:

1. In the case of exchanging the product (color/size) due to customer's convenience.

2. In the case of defective parts such as scratches or damage caused by the customer's responsibility.

In principle, we cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience after the order is completed. Please note. However, if it is necessary to cancel an order due to an operational error, etc., it is basically possible immediately after placing the order. *(Cancellation is not possible because the product has already been ordered and manufactured.)
